On March 11th, we gather at A.B.Café for Piccola Middag, a friendly collaboration created to share iconic Italian flavors in the most natural way: around a table.
For us, this evening feels very natural.
At Lasagnariet, we believe that food is culture, memory, and craftsmanship layered together. Piccola Middag is simply another way of sharing that philosophy through Parmigiano, lasagne, and tiramisù.
Together with Lovemilia and Italian Layers, we are bringing a small piece of Italy to Telefonplan.
Lovemilia is a young company born out of love for Parmigiano Reggiano and deep roots in Reggio Emilia, its place of origin. Their goal is to bring authentic, artisanal Parmigiano Reggiano from the mountains to Stockholm while preserving the tradition, quality, and culture that make it unique.
Every wheel is handmade, the result of nearly a thousand years of expertise. For them, Parmigiano Reggiano is not just a product, but an expression of identity, culture, and beauty. A bridge between authentic Italian food culture and Sweden.
Italian Layers focuses on creating experiences around Italian dessert culture, with a special devotion to tiramisù. Their offer centers on this iconic dessert, exploring its textures, variations, and history, and turning it into something to be shared. Layers of cream, coffee, and story.

The menu
Simple. Recognizable. Layered.
Parmigiano Reggiano Tasting
We begin with a fluffy snack created by us with a creamy heart, made with 24-month Parmigiano Reggiano and fresh lemon zest. Light, airy, and full of character.
It will be followed by a tasting of two Parmigiano Reggiano ages: 36 and 48 months, served with grissini and marmelades side by side, to understand how time transforms texture, depth, and intensity.
Lasagne alla Bolognese
Cooked from scratch, layered with slow-cooked beef ragù and béchamel, built with care using 12-month Parmigiano inside the structure. The pasta is made with Swedish ecological flour a meeting between Italian tradition and local ingredients. This is the lasagne we believe in. Honest, generous, and structured in layers.
White chocolate and raspberry tiramisù
Creamy, soft, slightly tart a delicate twist on tradition, rooted in the iconic dessert that Italian Layers celebrates.
