But takeaway doesn’t always have to be rushed.

We’re launching a new takeaway project in Stockholm with a simple idea at its core:
to bring homemade food, cooked properly, back into everyday life.
No shortcuts. No overcomplicated menus. Just food made from scratch, meant to travel well and still feel like home when you open the box.

For us, takeaway in Stockholm is about slowing things down a little. About choosing quality over speed, care over convenience. About food that doesn’t shout, but stays.

Lasagna sits at the heart of this project.
It’s generous. It’s comforting. It’s built in layers — just like the way we cook, and the way we think about food. It reheats gently, waits patiently, and still tastes right. Perfect for city life, where time is often short but expectations are high.

Our mission is simple:
to cook only good lasagna. That’s it.
Using seasonal ingredients, working with local producers when possible, and respecting both Italian tradition and Swedish food culture.

Our vision is just as clear.
We want to create a takeaway place that feels familiar from the very first bite. A place where food is honest, portions are generous, and prices are fair. A place that fits naturally into Stockholm’s everyday rhythm — lunches, quiet dinners, shared moments, solo evenings.

Some nights, takeaway is shared. A table, two forks, a calm conversation.
