Wow — our very first pop-up! And it was sold out.
A huge thanks to all the friends and new faces who came by to taste, chat, and share your thoughts with us. Your feedback means the world — especially those little notes and “room for improvement” suggestions (we read every one, promise!).
The evening started quietly, but after an hour the place was buzzing — full of laughter, lasagna, and good vibes. Balancing between cooking and talking wasn’t easy at first, but by the end, we’d broken the ice — and maybe burned a few lasagna layers too.
A big thank you to Nicolas and Giuseppe and the amazing Magari Pizzeria team for hosting us and creating such a warm, friendly atmosphere. During our lunch break, we treated ourselves to a perfect Margherita pizza — a small tribute to Italy before serving our own dishes:
🍅 Lasagna Napoletana and 🍆 Lasagna alla Parmigiana.
We even had a gluten-free option (no one ordered it, but hey, it was there — and it will be next time too!).
This pop-up was our first real step in bringing Lasagnariet to life.
