Öl & Sprit Stockholm 2025

Stockholm in early October carries a special atmosphere. The air is crisp, the city is glowing with autumn colors, and there’s a certain excitement when food and drink take the spotlight. This year, on 3–4 October 2025, the spotlight is firmly set at Öl & Sprit Stockholm,
https://svenskadryckesmassor.se/massa/olochspritstockholm/ a two-day fair at Stockholm Waterfront Congress Center where breweries and distilleries gather to showcase their craft.

What makes this event so interesting is the mix. On one hand, you’ll find Sweden’s thriving microbreweries and small-batch distilleries—passionate makers who treat beer and spirits the same way we treat lasagna: with love, patience, and a respect for ingredients. On the other hand, world-renowned brands also take part, adding an international flair that makes the fair a meeting point for both tradition and innovation.

For Lasagnariet, this isn’t just another food and drink festival. It’s a chance to explore, to learn, and to taste. Swedish microbreweries have become famous for their creativity, from crisp lagers brewed with local grains to bold IPAs bursting with forest flavors. Distilleries, too, are rediscovering old Nordic traditions, crafting aquavit, gin, and even whisky that speak of Swedish nature in every sip. Imagine pairing a slice of homemade lasagna with a carefully chosen local beer or a smooth Swedish spirit—it’s a combination worth exploring.

We’ll definitely be there, walking among the stands, talking to producers, and looking for inspiration. Because food and drink belong together. And just as we build layers in our lasagna, events like this build layers of community, knowledge, and flavor.

So if you’re curious about what’s happening in Sweden’s world of beer and spirits, and want to discover both new and familiar tastes, Öl & Sprit Stockholm is the place to be this autumn. And who knows? Maybe the perfect drink to pair with our lasagna is waiting to be discovered there.

Since always, Lasagnariet.
